#G16 This Condo has a full kitchen, a fireplace, and a sofa in the living area . There are two queen beds in the bedroom with no privacy from the living area and a full bathroom. The patio opens to the pool with a view of the surrounding mountains. Size - 1 bedroom 1 bath, 582 square feet, sleeps 2 adults 2 children.The river is about a two-minute walk away. In the lobby, there is a gift shop, a restaurant, and The Old Barrel Tea Company. Most gift shops and restaurants in the town are within walking distance. Brandenburg Park and Red River Conference Center is located right next to us. During the summer months, there is a function going on in the park most weekends. This condo is non-smoking, and no pets allowed. We offer free WIFI for our guests. The pool and customer laundry are located on the property in the Mountain Building. Come and enjoy fishing, hiking, ATV riding, and Jeep tours. In the winter, come ski our mountain or go snowmobiling in the adventure-filled mountains. Red River is a hidden gem that you will enjoy whether you come to relax or have fun. See you soon!

  We always love our stays at Lifts West! The location can't be beat; so close to everything in town, and our son loves that the park is right beside our room. The room was great, clean, and the beds were way comfy! Will definitely stay again!

  We enjoy staying at the Lifts West anytime we are in town. Its central location puts us in walking distance everywhere we need to go. When I am in town to play for a gig with the Brian Garcia band, I am able to take my family and they have a place to call home for the weekend.

  We love where this is located. So close to the pool and within walking distance to everything in town that we love to do. Easy check in and out and the staff were better there than any place else we've evert stayed. They just need to update and fix a few things like the shower drain and perhaps the flooring or fixtures which are very '80s. We will stay there again. It's so nice to be there in the midst of all the action in town.
